ROOMMATE FOR PRIVATE ROOM W/POOL, YARD, & FULL USE OF COMMON AREAS - Price: $450.00 in Fresno, California

I have a 3 bedroom house located in north/east Fresno, just a few miles from Fresno State.  I have 1 male roommate that you will have to share a bathroom, but your room and closet are large. We have 2 dogs that do come into the house, but are not allowed to get on furniture, etc.  They are well behaved or they get put outside.  My roommate is in the field of construction, but since the economy has been low, he is unemployed and doing some projects for me around the house.  I am a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant and have my Masters in Adapted PE (PE for the handicapped).  We are both in our 40s, but feel and act like we are in our 30s.  We love to have barbeques and people playing in the pool.  We are not a "party house", but controlled social events are always welcomed.  I would LOVE to have a graduate student (because I was one once) and I know how reliable and dependable they are.  I would also love to have a professional person that has professional friends that they would like to bring over and enjoy (but respect) my home.  I am a female and my roommate is a male.  So gender is no problem for me just as long as there is NO DRAMA BROUGHT INTO MY HOME!  I will not tolerate that.  The room can be furnished or unfurnished, has it's own phone jack, cable and wireless internet is included.  PG&E will run about $30-$40 per person.  I just ask that you respect my home and it's belongings and clean up after yourself and pay your bills on time.  I am easy to get along with, but I am no longer going to accept excuses or delays of things that need to be taken care of.  Please contact me if you are interested.  My name is Lori and my number is 559-261-xxxx.   Hope to hear from good potential roommates soon!
